This Privacy Policy explains how Insight App Solutions ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with this website and our Android applications published on Google Play (the "Apps"), including ResumeFai: AI Resume Builder and Quote Next: Quotes & Wishes.

App-specific privacy policies

Each App has its own detailed privacy policy, which takes precedence for that App:

1. This website

This website is a static informational site hosted on Google Firebase Hosting. We do not use forms, accounts, analytics or advertising cookies on this site. Like most web hosts, Firebase may process standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested) to deliver and secure the site.

2. Information our Apps may process

  • Content you create (for example resumes, your name on greeting cards, or saved quotes) is stored locally on your device unless you choose to export or share it.
  • AI requests: when you use AI features, the relevant text is sent securely (encrypted in transit) to generate a response.
  • Device and usage information such as device model, Android version, app version, and anonymous analytics or crash diagnostics, used to keep the Apps stable.
  • Advertising identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID), used by our advertising partner to serve and measure ads.

3. Third-party services

4. How we use information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Apps
  • To diagnose crashes and fix bugs
  • To display ads that keep our Apps free
  • To respond to support requests you send us

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Your choices

  • Reset your Advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads).
  • Where required by law (for example in the EEA and UK), we ask for consent before showing personalized ads.
  • Uninstalling an App removes the data it stored locally on your device.

6. Children's privacy

Our Apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Data security and retention

We use reasonable measures to protect information. Analytics and diagnostic data are retained only as long as needed for the purposes above, in line with the retention settings of the services we use.

8. Data deletion requests

To request deletion of any data associated with you, email us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated date.
